2. User Obligations

3. Lifetime Access Membership and Fees

3.2. Non-Refundable Nature:

As detailed in the Refund Policy, the membership fee is strictly non-refundable because the value—immediate access to our expertise, coordination system, and right guidance—is delivered instantly upon enrollment. No refund will be issued based on the level of savings achieved or if the User chooses not to use the service after enrollment.

3.3. Healthcare Costs:

The $\text{₹1000}$ fee covers our advocacy and coordination. It does not cover the cost of the medical treatment, which must be paid directly by the User to the healthcare provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. No Medical Liability:

Asha Healthcare Guide and Arti Raichura shall have no liability or responsibility for any medical outcome, complication, misdiagnosis, or error in treatment provided by the hospital or doctor chosen by the User.

4.2. Financial and Negotiation Disclaimer:

While we aim to achieve financial clarity, we are not liable if a hospital changes its quote or if a specific financial result is not achieved. Our role is to facilitate and advocate, not to guarantee a price.

4.3. Limitation of Damages:

Under no circumstances shall the total aggregate liability of the Asha Healthcare Guide to the User, for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service, exceed the amount of the one-time membership fee paid by the User (i.e.₹1000}).
