By purchasing the Lifetime Access membership and using the services of the Asha Healthcare Guide ("Service"), you ("User," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. The Service

The Asha Healthcare Guide is a patient advocacy and cost navigation service. We provide coordination, information, comparison of pricing, and negotiation assistance for planned and emergency medical procedures in India.

The Service is NOT:

Medical Advice: We are not doctors or healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the User and their treating physician.

Insurance: We are not an insurance company, nor are we a substitute for medical insurance or reimbursement.

Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee a specific amount of savings. Savings vary by treatment, city, and hospital, as clearly stated on our website.

2. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal and medical information (reports, prescriptions) when engaging our Service.

Final Decision: You retain the exclusive right and responsibility to choose the doctor, hospital, and treatment plan. Our role is to provide options and negotiate costs; the final decision is always yours.

Compliance: You agree to abide by all applicable laws and hospital regulations.

3. Payment and Access

Lifetime Access: The Service is provided upon payment of a one-time, non-refundable membership fee of ₹1000, granting you access to the coordination desk whenever needed.

Fees for Healthcare: The membership fee covers our advisory and coordination efforts. It does not cover the actual hospital bills, doctor fees, medication costs, or other medical expenses, which remain your direct responsibility to the hospital.

4. Limitation of Liability

Arti Raichura / Asha Healthcare Guide and its personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

Any medical outcome, misdiagnosis, or error in treatment provided by the hospital or doctor.

Your reliance on any information, pricing estimate, or coordination provided by us.

Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data (subject to our Privacy Policy).

Our liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount of the non-refundable membership fee you paid (₹1000).

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arti Raichura / Asha Healthcare Guide from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
